Unless otherwise noted or restricted, all shipments are sent UPS Ground Service from Marlborough, MA 01752 and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Truck shipments are F.O.B. Marlborough, MA 01752 or from the point of origin for a drop-shipment. Oversized or expedited shipments by air or courier are billed accordingly.

Please note that shipment of hazardous goods is tightly regulated. In some cases, air freight is not allowed (aerosols, certain chemicals) and the item(s) must be shipped Ground freight. In the event you select a shipment method at check-out which is not allowed your order will be revised and you will be informed.
