MHQ is dedicated to quality customer service and stands behind every product we sell. To ensure your satisfaction, we will repair or replace any item that proves to be defective in workmanship or material.
Returns: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The returned product must be in original, unopened manufacturer's packaging and include all accessories, attachments, instructions and warranty cards.
In the event an incorrect product was shipped to you or non-working product was purchased, MHQ will replace the item at no cost to you.
All custom or special order equipment, apparel and/or logo merchandise is non-refundable.
Many of the products sold by MHQ have existing manufacturer's warranties. For returns relating to issues covered by a manufactures' warranty, please contact our customer service department at 508-573-2630.
All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Products returned for replacement or exchange, due to size or color, are accepted and will not be charged a restocking fee.
